Welcome to season 2009, our 31st year as the Port District Football Club.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our hard working committee members and coaching staff for the fantastic effort over the past year to ensure our club remained in Division 1 for 2009.

Club Membership Packages 2009

There are several types of club membership packages available for 2009.
Social Member - $25
Senior Playing Membership - $125
Junior Playing Membership - $100
All memberships to be secured and paid for over the bar.
Membership fees are now payable!!! |

Members Draw
|
Dont forget, every "paid up" member of PDFC is in the running for the Members draw which follows the "after match" presentations at the club on a Saturday evening.
To be eligable, the member must be in attendance - if not the money jackpots to the next week!
Make sure you are there. |

The Club would like to extend a warm welcome to all new players, members and sponsors for season 2009. An exciting year is looming with lots of action on all fronts. There is a feeling in the air that 2009 will be our year!
Impressively strong sides are developing for the A's and B's and growing numbers for the C's and U/18's. Football Director, Alf Steed, has been working hard to ensure numbers are rolling in and has successfully secured some exciting new players.
Our new club kitchen looks great and is operation and those involved in getting this in place deserve a big pat on the back. We can all look forward to the heavenly smells of food on a Saturday night.
New members and an extra large senior committee suggests exciting new ideas and challenges will continue to flow throughout 2009. A social sub committee has also been formed with the promise of many entertaining Saturday nights. So dust off those sombreros!!
In 2009 the junior committee has indicate extremely positive playing numbers and a high retention rate, as well as attracting families to the club.
Overall, despite the global economic crisis that has gripped the world, the Port District Football Club is still showing growth in our local community, which makes 2009 a very exciting year on and off the field.
In closing we would like to thank out sponsors from the 2008 season who continue on in 2009. We welcome our "new" 2009 sponsors who ensure the local community, in association with the Port District Football Club, continues to promote local spirit that the Le Fevre Peninsula is renowned for.
