Who are the Largs Legends?
|
In 1999 a group of former Largs greats decided that a past players group was needed - hence the Largs Legends were formed. Since then, the Legends have given verbal, moral and financial support to the senior teams of the Port District Football Club.
Led by their fearless President Barry Poole, the Legends have grown in numbers are can now be found in all corners of the state, nation and the globe.
Any former player, offical, member or supporter of the Exeter, Semaphore Centrals or Port District Football Clubs can join the Legends and they are strongly encouraged to contact Barry Poole on 0428 101 564 or by email at Barry.Poole@iss-shipping.com.au to join our group.
When you pay your annual $30 fee, you instantly become a Largs Legend and get a both your membership and a piece of Legends merchandise (in 08 it was a Legends stubby holder). If you dont want Legends merchandise but just the membership, it is only $25.
2009 subscription fees can be paid to Barry in person or you may wish to send a cheque to Largs Legends Committee at PO Box 107 Port Adelaide, SA 5015.
The total of Largs Legends members currently stand at 80, recorded in late 2008. In 2009, we aim for 100 Largs Legends members! |

2009 Legends Membership Fees
|
The 2009 Largs Legends Memebrship fees are now payable to Barry Poole.
Fees can be paid directly to Barry or a cheque can be posted to "Largs Legends Committee" - PO BOX 107 Port Adelaide, SA 5019
